How it works

Your trusted agent for your company's data. We get you the most for it while you sit back.

AI labs and the data companies that serve them now license the records ordinary businesses keep: support tickets, call recordings, case files, course video, code and more. We tell you what yours could sell for. If you want real offers, we act as your broker. You decide.

1. Answer six questions and see your range

Two minutes. No sign-up. We show a low to high range, how sure we are and what moves the price. Every number shows its source. See every source.

Not an appraisal. Ranges come from published listings and reported deals, with sources shown.

2. Ask for real offers

Leave your name and work email. You sit back. We email you the next steps and one question: are you the owner or a decision maker for these records, and does the company own them outright?

3. A 15 minute call

We walk through your records and the process together. We ask which systems hold the records, how many years you keep, who owns them, and about any personal or regulated data or any exclusive license you already signed.

4. A short agreement

It makes us your exclusive broker for this data. It covers only the data you name. You keep all rights to your data, and you decide on every offer.

5. We shop your records and negotiate for you

We put your records in front of every buyer that fits within 24 hours. We collect offers, typically in one to two weeks, and negotiate for you. We ask two or three non-exclusive buyers first, because several bids show you the real price. Some buyers only license on exclusive terms. We show you those only after the non-exclusive offers are in, so you can compare. Some companies get no offer. We never promise an offer or a price until a buyer commits in writing.

We compare each offer with you, point by point:

6. You pick an offer or walk away

You can turn down any offer. Buyers pay on their own published terms after you deliver the data. See the buyer terms.

How we are paid

The buyer pays us a fee. You never pay us anything. It is free for you. If you work with a buyer we refer, the buyer pays us a fee. It does not come out of your price.

Questions owners ask

Is this an appraisal?

No. Not an appraisal. Ranges come from published listings and reported deals, with sources shown.

How are you paid?

The buyer pays us a fee. You never pay us anything. It is free for you. If you work with a buyer we refer, the buyer pays us a fee. It does not come out of your price.

Why is there an agreement?

The short agreement makes us your exclusive broker for the data you name. That lets us negotiate for you with every buyer that fits. You keep all rights to your data, and you decide on every offer. You never pay us anything.

When will I get offers?

We put your records in front of every buyer that fits within 24 hours. Offers come typically in one to two weeks, and some companies get none. We never promise an offer until a buyer commits in writing.

Who buys company data?

AI labs and the data companies that serve them. They license records such as support tickets, call recordings, code and course video to train and test AI systems. Our sources page lists the buyers we know and their published terms.

Do I have to sell on exclusive terms?

No. We ask two or three non-exclusive buyers first. An exclusive license can pay more upfront, but you cannot license the same data again. You choose.

What about client confidentiality?

Talk to your counsel before you license client data. Law firms and medical practices need written approval from their own counsel before anything moves. Buyers pay for records with names and personal details removed.
